Job Title: Regenerative Sales Consultant


About the Role:

\

The Regenerative Sales Consultant will be responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals within their assigned territory. This involves effective selling and promoting of Osteogenics Regenerative products, solutions, and services to existing and potential customers.

\

Main Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to meet customer needs and exceed assigned sales goals.\
  • Analyze customer and territory sales trends, and plan sales activities accordingly.\
  • Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers, and develop strategies to convert them into new customers.\
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, strengthen their loyalty, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.\
  • Report product issues, loss of key customers, or competitive strategies that affect local sales to management.\
  • Stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, and competitor activity to apply knowledge in developing commercial strategies.\
  • Act as an expert resource for the field sales team, customers, and non-customers.\
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures.\
  • Establish a travel schedule to consistently contact existing and potential customers.\
  • Manage assigned territory within allocated expense budget.\
  • Complete administrative paperwork timely.\
  • Participate in trade shows and company meetings as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.\
  • 2+ years proven sales experience; biologics or regenerative sales experience a plus.\
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.\
  • Valid driver's license and clean record.
\

Estimated Salary: $89,400 - $120,500
