Speech Therapist Job Description

Pillar Stone Healthcare Company LLC is seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to provide comprehensive care to clients with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the nature and severity of speech and language disorders.
  • Evaluate residents' conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits, and develop individualized treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide therapy to clients to improve their speech and language skills, and monitor progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Educate clients and their families on strategies to enhance communication skills and quality of life.
Requirements:
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • Current ASHA Certification.
  • Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
  • Experience working with clients with speech and language disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
