Position Overview

The Global Enablement Communications Manager plays a crucial role in implementing the global communications framework for enablement initiatives, alongside overseeing departmental and executive messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies for enablement programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage internal communications related to enablement and facilitate change management strategies to support growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the Global Enablement team to enhance program management and process efficiency, while promoting the team's visibility.
  • Work closely with leadership to articulate the vision and current status of the enablement organization in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Lead communication efforts and support change management initiatives to ensure that messaging is informative, educational, and motivating for employees.
Specific Duties
  • Implement global communications strategies across various enablement programs, establishing deployment plans and sharing best practices.
  • Drive critical initiatives for Global Enablement, including drafting key messaging, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Support operational meetings and company-wide enablement events, ensuring effective communication throughout.
  • Maintain consistency and strategic alignment in all messaging across communications.
  • Create impactful communications with clear calls to action and relevant resources.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on communication strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, project management, and enablement roles.
  • Proven experience in developing global communication plans that align with business priorities.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across teams while focusing on outcomes and overcoming challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with a commitment to achieving objectives.
  • Experience in business communications is essential.
  • Familiarity with both large tech companies and small high-growth environments is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of email platforms, analytics, and Marketing Cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of the enterprise software market and SaaS delivery models is beneficial.
