Blue Balloon ABA is a multidisciplinary Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company dedicated to providing high-quality services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our team of experienced professionals is committed to delivering personalized care that fosters growth, independence, and self-advocacy.

Your Day-to-Day Role

  • You will work one-on-one with children with autism, using the principles of ABA to promote skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and overall well-being.
  • Collecting data and writing session notes to track progress and inform treatment planning.
  • Collaborating with your BCBA supervisor to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience working with children with autism preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a commitment to a consistent schedule.
  • Ability to stand and move for at least 75% of the day, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.

Earn a Competitive Salary

The hourly rate for this position depends on RBT certification, experience in the ABA field, education, training, and current BCBA student status. Our salary range starts at $25.00+ per hour for BCBA students.
