Night Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and accounting functions during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in guests and handle their requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies in a courteous and efficient way.
• Reconcile all accounts and balance the cash drawer and log receipts.
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Assist in preparing for forecasts and audits by maintaining accurate records and providing support as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Experience with accounting and facilities management software.
• Excellent math skills and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
