Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Travel Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals, while also gaining valuable experience and skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Travel Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their mobility and function
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, and communicate with patients and their families to ensure they are informed and engaged in their care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina
  • One to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a travel or per diem setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed, and to move equipment and supplies
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
