We are seeking a highly experienced Neonatologist to lead our team of physicians and advanced practitioners in developing a comprehensive neonatal system of care. As Medical Director, you will focus on clinical practice and work closely with three hospitals: Sunrise Children's Hospital, MountainView Hospital, and Southern Hills Medical Center.
These hospitals have a combined 8,000 deliveries annually and offer advanced services including ECMO, iNO, high frequency ventilation, and total body cooling. You will be responsible for developing protocols, policies, processes, and standardizing care across the system.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for care and growth for neonatal services throughout the region.
- Interface with hospital leadership teams to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Hold administrative responsibilities including policy development and quality improvement initiatives.
