Job Title: Instructional Designer III

Lennox International is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. As an Instructional Designer III, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that enhance industry knowledge and drive usage growth through the Lennox Learning Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain content policies and standards for course and configuration management
  • Create and update process maps for existing and future training development projects
  • Analyze organizational needs to determine appropriate training solutions
  • Design comprehensive instructional strategies incorporating pre-class activities, presentations, learner participation, practice problems, automated continued learning opportunities, case studies, and evaluations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 5 years related experience
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies
  • Experience with Instruction Design processes and techniques, including training analysis, design, development, and evaluation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong PC skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
