Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to a child in their home, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of the child.
  • Collaborate with the child's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license
  • 1 year of LPN experience, or completion of our comprehensive Preceptor Training Program for newly licensed nurses
  • Successful passing of background checks
