Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Imaging Technologist to join our team at Ascension. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of illness and injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately to ensure high-quality images.
  • Implement radiation protection and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Prepare, perform, and assist physicians in special and advanced procedures, including contrast media administration.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required. Advanced certification for Mammography or CT preferred; Advanced certification for MRI within 24 months of hire preferred.
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the state of Wisconsin required.
  • High School diploma required; Graduation from a JRCERT-approved School of Radiologic Technology preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years Imaging experience required.
