Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team at Beam and Structural Repair Co. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to structural repairs, including:

  • Beams: installing, repairing, and replacing beams to ensure the structural integrity of buildings
  • Sills: inspecting and repairing sills to prevent water damage and rot
  • Columns: installing and repairing columns to support heavy loads
  • Footings: excavating and pouring footings to provide a stable foundation for buildings
  • Jacking and leveling: using specialized equipment to lift and level buildings to ensure proper alignment

In addition to structural repairs, you will also be responsible for working on basements, crawl spaces, and other areas of buildings. A strong understanding of house framing and the ability to use power tools are essential for this role.
