Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a staffing plan for the maintenance department.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, interview, and retain skilled personnel.
- Maintain a systematic work order documentation process.
- Keep an updated inventory of machinery, production, and warehouse equipment.
- Oversee the Maximo warehouse management system.
- Work with management and department heads to design preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate major repairs.

- Collaborate with leadership to meet food safety standards.
- Participate in third-party audits.
- Assist the Director of Operations in developing annual operating plans and managing budgets.
- Oversee warehouse projects, including contractor scheduling and project management.
- Conduct departmental meetings to communicate results and corporate initiatives.
- Perform personnel evaluations and reviews.
- Mentor and develop maintenance leadership within the team.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in managing fixed labor, utility, and repair budgets.
- Experience in developing and overseeing capital projects.
- Knowledge of GFSI food safety standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or collaboratively.
- Skilled in identifying mechanical issues and developing solutions.
- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints across various systems.
- Must be able to recognize auditory signals related to equipment operations.
