Youth Caregiver

Toddlers Ink LLC seeks a qualified Child Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate activities, managing classroom environments, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with child development principles
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate with parents regularly
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective team functioning and efficient service delivery

• Minimum 2 years of experience in child development or a related field
• Strong understanding of child development theories and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
