We are seeking a compassionate and caring Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Novant Health Medical Group. As a primary health care provider, you will work collaboratively with our experienced provider team to deliver high-quality patient care and perform selective medical services under the direction of practice physicians.
- Our team partners with skilled nursing facilities in the Winston-Salem area to provide patient care and support.
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
- You will have the opportunity to work with geriatric populations and develop your skills in LTC care.
- Comfortable working autonomously and with LTC staff, you will be able to round in multiple assigned skilled nursing facilities.

We are seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Provider with a Master's degree in NP program or post Master's NP program. National certification is required, and continuing education is mandatory for recertification and for continuing regulatory recognition to practice in the State.
- One to three years of experience working in a physician practice setting is preferred.
- Current NP license in the appropriate state, registry with the state medical board, and current DEA registry are required.
- Ability to work with management team and physicians, demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are required.
