Primary Duties
- Support the existing customer base through activities such as resolving customer issues, addressing fleet concerns, implementing service bulletins, and managing fleet configuration and data.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of a specific technical field, leveraging prior experience and technical knowledge to implement policies and strategies.
- Possess a deep understanding of critical business drivers, utilizing this insight to achieve personal objectives. Understand how the work of the team integrates with other departments and contributes to overall success.
- Exercise judgment to propose alternative solutions within established parameters, drawing on prior experience and on-the-job training to address straightforward challenges. Access technical expertise and analytical skills to resolve issues, potentially consulting multiple internal resources.
- This role is typically suited for an individual contributor with strong interpersonal skills or an emerging leader capable of hiring and nurturing talent. Provide informal mentorship to new team members.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in service or installed base engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven capability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Skilled in documentation, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
- Demonstrated project management expertise.
