**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced table games dealer to join our team at Harrah's Council Bluffs. As a table games dealer, you will be responsible for handling guest transactions, exchanging currency for gaming chips, and maintaining a professional atmosphere in the casino. You will also be expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**

* Handle guest transactions and notify supervisors of any irregularities or disputes that may arise during the game* Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules* Maintain a professional atmosphere in the casino and promote excellent customer relations* Perform other duties as assigned by management* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives*

**Requirements**

* Previous dealing experience required* Previous experience dealing Craps and Roulette preferred* Excellent customer relations and communication skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Must be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required* Must be able to work in areas containing dust, second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds and air quality*
