About the Role

WHITTINGHAM is seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be the bridge between our company and our customers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

We offer a comprehensive training program that promotes from within, designed to give you full control of a successful career path with the company from day one. Our representatives do not cold-call or solicit for clients; instead, we have a public relations department that has connections with over 44,000 groups across North America and we help provide them with supplemental benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills and knowledge
  • Work with our public relations department to connect with groups across North America
  • Help provide supplemental benefits to clients
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in software applications
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing, fun, and energetic personality with an upbeat attitude
  • Accountability and coachability
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Pass a criminal background check
