Loyalty Collision, a key player in the expanding Loyalty Automotive Group, is seeking a committed customer service expert to enhance our operations.
Position Summary:
As a vital member of our collision repair center, you will assist clients throughout the repair journey, both via phone and in person. Your role will encompass various administrative tasks that support the daily functions of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
2. Manage inquiries from walk-in customers and phone calls.
3. Assist in scheduling repairs and preparing cost estimates as necessary.
4. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors to ensure seamless repair processes.
5. Aid in vehicle drop-offs, coordinate customer transportation, and handle necessary paperwork.
6. Perform additional related tasks as required.
