Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general nursing care to patients and families in diverse, acute healthcare settings.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients.
  • Delegate nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel using established criteria.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
  • 5+ years of experience in critical care or emergency medicine
  • ABG interpretation and interventions
  • Cardiac rhythm recognition and interventions
  • Shock states and interventions
  • Neuro device basic setup and operation
  • MTP operation w/ TEG interpretation
  • Stroke alert protocol
  • Basic diagnostic/lab interpretations and interventions
  • Hemodynamic monitoring and interventions
