Key Responsibilities:


Architect, implement, manage, and sustain secure and resilient cloud environments that empower development teams to efficiently deliver features.

Oversee and maintain cloud infrastructures utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodologies.
Enhance and continuously develop automation and continuous integration/deployment frameworks across various environments; create, build, and deploy scripts.
Facilitate observability and resilience across multi-cloud landing zones and development/testing/production environments.
Assist in the execution of security policies, standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
Regularly evaluate, onboard, and enable new FedRAMP cloud services while adhering to security best practices for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and networking.

Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen with the capability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least three (3) years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated experience in cloud environments with proficiency in four or more of the following areas:
Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Agile collaboration tools like Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Artifactory)
Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) including Azure, AWS, or OCI
Containerization and management using Kubernetes and Helm
Security automation tools such as Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST)
Cybersecurity tools - Aviatrix, Orca, Splunk, Amulous, STIG scanner
Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
Version control systems, branching strategies, GitFlow and/or GitHub Flow
Best practices for cloud high availability and scalability architectures

Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or higher certification
Active security clearance with the agency is preferred.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $155,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
