We are seeking a highly skilled Commission Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our commission payment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and verify the accuracy of payments and statements by working cross-functionally to ensure commission variables are entered accurately into our systems.
- Implement procedures and controls to reduce the risk of error and improve the overall commission payment process.
- Identify opportunities to further automate the commission payment process to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to commission payments in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- One or more years of relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting.
- Experience with financial analysis and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive data and identify errors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build working relationships quickly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
