We are seeking a charismatic Server to join our dynamic Kona Ice team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a fun experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers with a smile
  • Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy
  • Comply with hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
  • Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
  • Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation
  • Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff
