Position Overview:
As a Spa Services Coordinator, you will assist guests during their arrival and departure from the spa, ensuring a positive experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Spa Lobby, as well as ensuring an ample supply of clean towels, robes, and sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stock locker rooms with necessary amenities, including towels and robes.
2. Remove soiled linens and trash from designated areas.
3. Clean corridor walls and doors, ensuring glass doors and mirrors are spotless.
4. Manage spa laundry operations.
5. Provide guests with robes, towels, slippers, and other items to enhance their spa experience.
6. Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for work.
7. Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, and push carts weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
2. Capability to stand and move throughout the spa while performing essential job functions.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to various audiences.
