Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time feedback to team members
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks, including receiving product from vendors, placing product in appropriate locations, preparing customer orders, and helping to clean and organize work areas
  • Delight customers by ensuring their orders are delivered smoothly
  • Monitor supplier deliveries and manage regular cleaning and maintenance schedules
  • Contribute ideas to improve operations and customer experience

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, positive, and a team player with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in a warehouse, retail, or restaurant environment
  • Ability to be on your feet and move heavy product
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack and hand truck
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Flexibility in your schedule, with the ability to work any day of the week, across daily operating hours
