Covenant Living is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a LPN/LVN, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, monitoring staff performance, and collaborating with physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including procedures such as catheter placement and care, colostomy care, suction, dressings, naso-gastric tubes, and other treatments.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
  • Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.
  • One year nursing experience.
  • Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.
