The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Analyst/PhD Economist to join our Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation Capability team. As a member of this team, you will apply your expertise in economics and econometrics to conduct research, monitoring, and evaluation at the highest levels of quality and rigor. You will work with a diverse and collegial team to find solutions to the most pressing research challenges in public health and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Apply expertise in standard economic theory and econometric methods to conduct research, monitoring, and evaluation tasks.
- Contribute subject-matter expertise in areas such as impact evaluation, meta-analysis, monitoring and surveillance, and healthcare program evaluation.
- Collaborate with project teams to execute or manage complex research and evaluation tasks, including developing research designs and analysis plans, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting research findings.
- Develop and disseminate project deliverables, including client briefings, presentations, journal publications, and social media posts.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing and development.

This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $79,000 to $130,000, depending on candidate geographic location. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
