Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishroom Specialist. As a key member of our back-of-house team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dish area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe dish area, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly sanitized and stored
  • Work efficiently to meet dishroom production goals and deadlines
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and organized workflow

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of dishroom or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Food Handler's Certification and knowledge of chemical uses and labels
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
