Position Overview:

This role is classified as Part-Time, Non-Exempt, requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week during the After School program hours. The program operates in the afternoons, with additional hours available for administrative tasks and program involvement.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is $17.00.

Primary Responsibilities:

The individual in this position will lead the after-school educational program at a designated Learning Center. Key responsibilities include:

  • Direct oversight of program assistants and both paid and volunteer tutors.
  • Acting as a liaison with local educational institutions.
  • Implementing the curriculum and conducting program assessments.

  • Ability to uphold ODJFS standards for employees and program operations, if applicable.
  • A valid Ohio driver's license and the capacity to maintain driving privileges as per Salvation Army insurance requirements, if driving is necessary.
