Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Masking Associate to join our team at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for accurately masking parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Read and understand detailed work order instructions to ensure accurate masking.
  2. Prepare surfaces for anodizing or painting by cleaning with solvent cleaners and verifying surface readiness.
  3. Apply masking materials, including tapes, vinyl plugs, and caps, to cover areas that should not be treated.
  4. Ensure precision in applying masking materials to avoid contamination and ensure high-quality finishes.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma/GED
  2. Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
  3. Lift 35 pounds frequently
  4. Work in an environment that is NOT temperature controlled
