Team Overview:
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team plays a crucial role in the long-term financial strategy, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting for the company. This team also provides valuable insights and recommendations to ensure that financial objectives are achieved.

Role Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will oversee corporate budgeting and forecasting while delivering insights into operational performance through regular and special management reporting analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop financial projections for long-term planning, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Act as a vital financial advisor to leadership, offering insights to facilitate strategic business decisions.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and reporting to aid business leaders in their decision-making processes.
  • Deliver timely and actionable recommendations that promote positive business outcomes.
  • Create, implement, and distribute monthly reports for the Board and management, including P&Ls, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, and KPIs. Monitor key performance indicators to enhance business performance.
  • Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for potential acquisitions and internal investment opportunities.
  • Support the monthly and quarterly closing processes, including accruals and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing procedures.
Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within a dynamic environment.
  • Experience engaging with senior executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex driver-based financial models.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with reporting and accounting for international operations, preferably in the software sector.
  • Aptitude for coordinating input from various functional areas while managing a diverse workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Adaptable with a positive mindset and a team-oriented approach.
Location Requirement:
Candidates must be situated within the Central or Eastern time zones.
