About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Long Term Care facility located in Newberry, Michigan. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional resident care in a supportive and enriching environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and assess resident care, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered.
  • Implement facility policies and procedures, coordinating nursing activities with other health care team members.
  • Provide supervisory direction and development for all Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's).
Qualifications:
  • LPN License
  • BLS required
  • ACLS preferred
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a health care setting preferred
