**Job Summary:** As a Meat Clerk at Food City, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our meat department.

 

Responsibilities:

• Rotate and stock perishable products in a timely and efficient manner

• Package and wrap various cuts, salads, and other products to meet customer demands

• Develop knowledge on different cuts of beef and pork, including their origins

• Assist in grinding fresh burgers while adhering to the 18-hour grind policy

• Maintain a clean and organized cutting room and cooler area
