Executive Director

At Morning Pointe Senior Living, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our community and drive success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our community, including resident care, operations, and business development.

• Leadership and Management: Supervise and direct a team of community associates to ensure exceptional resident care and community operations.
• Resident Care: Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care services, including hydration, falls prevention, exercise, and other programs.
• Operations and Compliance: Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and ensure the community is survey-ready at all times.
• Business Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and drive business growth.
• Financial Management: Manage community revenue, expenses, and budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervising and managing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior living environment.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
