We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Eclipse Innovations as a Pedagogical Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all organizational and pedagogical processes within the framework of our all-day concept, working closely with our all-day and school management, and collaborating with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating all organizational and pedagogical processes within the all-day concept
• Collaborating in the further development of the pedagogical all-day concept
• Assisting in personnel planning and management
• Developing and implementing age- and needs-appropriate leisure, support, and creative activities
• Close networking with colleagues, parents, and other professionals
• Planning and implementation of holiday care
• Acquisition of cooperation partners to expand the range of offerings

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Social Pedagogue, Special Education Teacher, Childhood Educator, or equivalent qualification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Expertise and organizational abilities for the conceptual design of pedagogical work
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents
• High level of flexibility and adaptability
