Position Overview: As a key member of the fulfillment team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and quality in every step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively pick and pack a substantial volume of orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Package items securely in accordance with company guidelines and customer requirements.
- Utilize various shipping platforms (such as UPS, FedEx, Shipstation, Shopify) for processing shipments; prior experience is advantageous.
- Handle necessary documentation for international shipments when required.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to promote efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Manage Vendor Managed Inventory programs at client sites.
- Assist in stocking and organizing products on shelves.
- Process returns and shipments through platforms like Loop Returns and Shopify; experience is a plus.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills are necessary.
- Flexibility in work schedule is required.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Pay: Starting at $26.00 per hour
Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
