**Responsibilities**

* Provides comprehensive and effective nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process and standards of care.
* Supervises and directs the care provided by the Home Health Aide.
* Plans and organizes care with interdisciplinary team members.
* Demonstrates active participation in home care department operational functions.
* Maintains competency in meeting patient safety goals.

**Qualifications**

* One to two years recent clinical experience. Home Care experience preferred.
* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
* Current nursing license.
* Current CPR required.
* Current driver's license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile.
