As a Dentist 3, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of professional and paraprofessional dental staff, consulting with subordinate dentists on problem cases, and coordinating dental services with other clinical specialties.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of dental staff, including dentists and hygienists
- Develop and implement dental treatment plans for patients
- Consult with subordinate dentists on complex cases and provide guidance and support
- Coordinate dental services with other clinical specialties, such as medicine and surgery
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all dental procedures
- NYS License and current registration to practice dentistry
- 4 years of full-time post-licensure dentistry experience, with 1 year in a supervisory capacity
