Job OverviewHoxton Circle is seeking a highly skilled Grant Analyst to oversee the administration of grants post-award. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with grant requirements, tracking financial expenditures, and providing analytical support to maximize the effectiveness of our funded projects.
Key Responsibilities- Grant Compliance: Monitor grant compliance with terms and conditions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and documentation.
- Financial Management: Track and review financial expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and processing related financial documents.
- Grant Administration: Maintain and update grant records, analyze data, and generate reports to support project management and decision-making.
- Liaison and Coordination: Act as a liaison between the organization and funders, coordinating with internal teams to facilitate grant implementation.
- Best Practices: Identify and implement best practices for grant administration and stay informed about relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Relevant experience in grant management or a similar role within a nonprofit organization.
- Strong understanding of grant compliance and financial management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
