Job Description

As a Casino Host Liaison, you will be responsible for maintaining current database customers by providing exceptional guest service. This includes cultivating relationships, increasing trip frequency, and promoting guest loyalty among premium players. Your goal will be to ensure customer retention and repeat business through telemarketing, written correspondence, direct contact, and participation in off- and on-site events.

• You will develop and maintain a base of assigned players, ensuring each receives personalized attention and quality service, consistent with the company's established strategies and guidelines.
• You will recruit and maintain high-level players through activities such as direct mail, telemarketing, referrals, guest visitation, and on/off-site events.
• You will foster personalized relationships with guests, focusing on premium players.
• You will respond to guest requests and inquiries or concerns in a calm, prompt, and courteous manner.
• You will issue complimentary services consistent with company and department policies.
• You will participate in player development and marketing activities and events to ensure development of one-on-one relationships and to cultivate guest loyalty.
• You will represent the company at both on- and off-site events, generating new and maintaining current guest relationships.
• You will perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• You must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• You must have three years' experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming industry.
• You must possess excellent oral and written skills, leadership skills, as well as customer service and interpersonal skills.
• You must be flexible in your work schedule.
• You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and player tracking systems. Salesforce experience is a plus.
• You must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
