Position Overview:

The Senior Business Systems Administrator will be crucial in overseeing, managing, and enhancing our internal business systems. This role involves collaboration with external consultants to ensure optimal functionality of our systems, integrations, and databases, thereby maximizing organizational value. The successful candidate will partner closely with our marketing team on web design and user experience development, as well as with the sales department to create KPI reports and streamline operations within our CRM and ERP systems. Additionally, this individual will lead project management efforts for new system implementations, upgrades, and feature enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and optimizing internal business systems while ensuring database integrity, including:
    • NetSuite
    • HubSpot
    • WooCommerce/WordPress
    • Avalara
  • Managing system integrations effectively.
  • Configuring ERP and CRM systems to enhance productivity and value creation, such as developing dashboards and reports, and providing training and support to employees.
  • Leading project management initiatives for new system implementations and process design.
  • Identifying and resolving issues promptly by collaborating with consultants and external development teams.
  • Working with operations, sales, and marketing teams to identify and implement improvements to both internal and external systems.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the interconnections between various systems and integrations, along with the impact of changes across systems.
  • Robust project management skills, including the ability to lead and coordinate teams of external consultants to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

The following qualifications are required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, programming, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in administering ERP and CRM systems, along with software development and integration.
  • Experience with systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot, WooCommerce, WordPress, Celigo, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • 401k with profit sharing
  • Two weeks of paid vacation (increasing to three weeks after five years and four weeks after ten years)
