Position Overview:

As a vital member of our Litigation practice, you will manage a diverse array of cases, including contractual disputes, personal injury claims, employment issues, and more.

Your responsibilities will encompass conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, overseeing discovery processes, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
- 3-5 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with team members.
- Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
