Lifepoint Rehabilitation is a leading provider of acute inpatient rehabilitation services. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an Inpatient Rehab Unit setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients' conditions, developing treatment plans, and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate patient progress to supervisors and other team members
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-through programs
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition

Requirements

  • Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
