Watercrest Senior Living is seeking a Registered Medication Aide to join our Memory Care team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day medication management program for our residents is provided with accuracy, sensitivity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Medication Administration: Distribute prescribed medications to residents, maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to current regulations.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Take vital signs, monitor residents' reactions to medications, and prepare reports or notify designated personnel of any unexpected reactions.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a high school diploma or GED, a valid Registered Medication Aide (RMA) license, and CPR certification/First Aid certification. Prefer experience as a Resident Care Specialist or Medication Assistant.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $48,000 - $58,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits such as tuition reimbursement and an associate referral program. Our part-time schedule offers flexible hours, including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am shifts.
