Job Summary

PACS Inc is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time/PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients, providing expert care and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Treat patients according to physician-approved treatment plans and provide ongoing care and support.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and patients to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation conferences as needed.
  • Record patient evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates in accordance with state practice act and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for graduates of Master's or Doctorate programs.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including data input into programs like Casamba and Point Click Care.
  • Ability to read technical procedures, policy manuals, and effectively present information to various audiences.
  • Mathematical skills to apply concepts like fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems, interpret instructions, and maintain a license in good standing with the state board.
