Senior Cryptographic Researcher and Blockchain Security Specialist

DApp360 Workforce LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Security Engineer and Cryptography Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our Blockchain Security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our blockchain-based systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of advanced cryptographic techniques, including multi-party computation (MPC), zero-knowledge proofs (ZK), and other emerging trends in blockchain security.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of complex blockchain protocols and emerging technologies, including staking, bridges, rollups, and other cryptographic perspectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain security, including external research, new technological advancements, and security incidents.
- 7+ years of experience in working with advanced cryptographic techniques, including MPC, ZK, and other related areas.
- 3+ years of experience with the blockchain ecosystem, particularly with new consensus mechanisms and emerging technologies.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks in blockchain security.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly develop working prototypes and implement solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Advanced degree in cryptography, mathematics, or a related field.
- Publications in crypto/blockchain conferences.
