Position Overview
SBM Management Services is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician who excels in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various flooring types. This role is essential in ensuring that commercial spaces are kept immaculate and presentable.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform vacuuming and mopping tasks
- Execute extraction cleaning (both wet and dry)
- Conduct carpet spot removal
- Manage furniture relocation before and after cleaning
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding updates and any issues encountered

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Floor Technician
- Proven background in the janitorial sector
- Proficient in operating floor scrubbers
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background investigation
- Familiarity with side-by-side machines and floor scrubbers
- Previous custodial experience is preferred

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.00
