We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care / Coronary Care unit at The Hospitals of Providence - Sierra Campus. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of nursing care for critically ill patients, including those requiring hemodynamic stabilization and ventilator support.
- Respond to code and emergent situations as a team member within the hospital.
- Participate in patient and family teaching, providing education on disease management and self-care.
- Collaborate with ancillary and other patient team personnel to maintain standards of professional nursing practice.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Texas or compact state required.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification for RNs with more than 1 year of experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
