- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of one year of general medical-surgical experience
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification for healthcare providers
- Advanced Life Support skills within six months of hiring
