Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Goodlettsville, TN. As a Physical Therapist with Upstream, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of clinicians and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

  • Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment to patients based on their specific needs
  • Connect with patients and clinical team members to deliver high-quality care and meet our standards of clinical excellence

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
