Job Summary: Geisinger Health System is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology Oncology Physician to enhance our established cancer program.
We provide a distinctive opportunity for both early-career and seasoned hematology oncology professionals to advance their careers within a well-regarded, physician-led organization. Our medical staff collaborates closely with surgical oncology, palliative care, radiation oncology, pathology, diagnostic imaging, and behavioral health specialists to ensure comprehensive cancer treatment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Geisinger offers a stimulating intellectual environment, including the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, numerous graduate medical education programs, and specialized fellowship programs in hematology/oncology and palliative care. Our health system has received NCI-NCORP designation and is committed to active participation in cancer clinical trials. The medical school is recognized for its innovative educational approach, focusing on active learning, extensive clinical exposure, and community involvement.
Our physicians mentor fellows and residents, contributing to the development of future hematology and oncology specialists while engaging with the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, which emphasizes active learning and community engagement.
